The Campus Will Bring Crime and Traffic
West Charleston & Ward 1 residents demand a halt to the Campus for Hope & Forensics Facility. Both are set to be erected in our quiet, residential neighborhood, dramatically impacting our quality of life (crime, traffic and home values). 1200 individuals (many violent offenders) will be brought in from other cities and placed in the middle of our tiny community.
While these endeavors may be noble and necessary, they do not fit in our community. No studies will be done. No economic impact study, no environmental study, no traffic study, etc. All of it is shrouded in secrecy. The State of NV, the City of Las Vegas and Brian Knudsen have broken our trust and seek to negatively change the look & feel of our community.
